Here are our current groups (updated September 2025)

  • In-Person Adult Group Tuesdays 11-12:30pm
  • Virtual Adult Group Tuesdays 5-6:30pm
  • In-Person Graduate Group Thursdays (every other) 6-7:00pm
  • In-Person Multi-Family DBT Group Tuesdays 5-6:30pm
  • Self-Compassion Group Wednesdays 11-12pm


Groups are private pay, with select spots for low-fee clients. Please inquire if interested.
