  • In-Person Adult Group Tuesdays 11-12:30pm
  • Virtual Adult Group Tuesdays 5-6:30pm
  • In-Person DBT Graduate Group Thursdays 5-6pm
  • In-Person Teen DBT Group Tuesdays 5-6:30pm
  • Self-Compassion Group Wednesdays 11-12pm


Groups are private pay, with select spots for low-fee clients. Please inquire if interested.
