Evidence- Based individual Therapy

Individual Therapy and Group Therapy

We have many therapists you can choose to work with privately for support. We also have many different groups available for adults and teens.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Weekly therapy for people that can benefit from learning skills to improve stress management, social concerns, mindfulness, and emotion regulation. We offer comprehensive DBT with phone coaching.

Prolonged Exposure (PE) trauma therapy

Weekly therapy that includes healing and processing your traumatic events. This uses a structured approach and approximately 9-16 sessions.

DBT-PE trauma therapy

Trauma therapy for clients that are more complex, have suicidal behaviors or histories, or prior trauma therapy has not worked.

Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy

Weekly therapy focused on discussing your thoughts and behaviors and how they impact your current life and future goals.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

Weekly therapy that helps you to practice acceptance of your current life and uses a variety of approaches to help you commit to a better future.

Parent Coaching

Learn parenting strategies to help with behavioral concerns and increase relationships among family members, using a DBT and Parent Management Training approach. This includes phone consultation as needed.

Internal Family Systems & Other Modalities

Our therapists are trained in many different types of therapies. They may use a combination of techniques and theories when working with you. As long as you are not in crisis, therapy can be flexible and fit your needs. If in crisis, we highly recommend a structured dialectical behavior therapy approach.
