Office Manager

 I am a recent graduate of WCU with my BS in Psychology and Sociology. During my last semester at WCU I completed my internship here at Asheville DBT & Trauma as an office administrator. I’m beyond excited to continue working with this team as the Office Manager. 

Part of my role at Asheville DBT & Trauma is Intake Coordinator. I manage all initial client communications, coordinate scheduling intake appointments with our clinicians, assist you with the intake paperwork, and process incoming referrals. My goal is to get you scheduled and ready to go for your first session. Taking the first step into therapy can be overwhelming, I hope to be a guiding hand to get you through these first steps and into your session. 

Another one of my roles here is to answer and assist you with any billing questions or concerns. Any questions you may have about insurance, copays, or billing in general please direct them to me. I may not always have an answer prepared for you, but I am always willing to work with you to find the answers.
