Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, National Certified Counselor

Before anything else, I believe therapy should feel like a relationship you can trust. I’m a warm, calm and consistent therapist who offers a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and make meaningful change—especially when life feels uncertain or overwhelming.

I’ve worked in a wide variety of settings, including school-based therapy with children, residential treatment with teens, and transitional living programs with young adults. I now enjoy working in private group practice, where I specialize in helping teens, young adults, and women navigate depression, anxiety, relationship stress, trauma, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in women’s issues, including burnout, boundary work, and the process of reconnecting with yourself.

My approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care, with a relational and attachment-focused lens. I’ve been trained in both neurofeedback and biofeedback practices and incorporate biofeedback-informed strategies to support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. I can also offer walk-and-talk sessions for clients who feel more at ease in nature or movement.

In and out of session, I value presence, humor, and authenticity. I show up as a real person—and invite you to do the same. Feel free to reach out for a consultation. I’m happy to explore whether working together feels right for you.
