**Now accepting new clients!**
I was fortunate to receive my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Marywood University in Pennsylvania and have training in cognitive-behavioral and interpersonal therapies (I will be happy to explain these if needed 😊).
While I have experience working with a variety of ages, I have been especially drawn to the college-aged population and have worked with students over the past several years at a few different universities. As a result, I am familiar both with long-term and brief therapy depending on a client’s need. This time in life is one of the most exciting, as individuals really begin to discover who they are and what they want from life. I feel blessed to often be a part of their journeys of self-discovery! I would be happy to work with anyone who feels a little lost or is trying to find/re-discover themselves.
Additionally, grief has also been an area of specialty for me – something I have conducted research on and worked on with many clients. I believe it is important to hold space for those who have suffered a loss – whether it be a death, break-up, identity, etc. – and be a support in different ways.
